Al Khuwair Downtown is a landmark waterfront regeneration at the geographic heart of Muscat. Led by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning and designed by Zaha Hadid Architects, the project introduces a compact, walkable, mixed-use downtown that reconnects the city’s historic core, coastline, and key national infrastructure creating a new civic and economic anchor for the capital.
